Section 57
Safety Of Bids
(1) The public entity shall keep the bids or the proposals for the consultancy service received pursuant to this Regulation safely so that they cannot be opened by any one prior to the time for opening the bids.
(2) The public entity shall keep the characteristics of the sample submitted along with the bid in such a confidential and safe manner that it cannot be made public prior to opening the bids.
